What you will do

• Own the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio, ensuring coherence and differentiation across all product lines.
• Lead the productization of consulting services into repeatable, outcome-based offers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Define and govern the offer lifecycle, from intake and launch readiness to performance measurement.
• Establish operational standards and lightweight governance to ensure consistent global quality.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to scale consulting offers and reduce bespoke scoping.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization.
• Proven track record of scaling services or consulting offers across multiple enterprise solution areas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Strong analytical and operational rigor with experience defining performance metrics.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience in global consulting or managed services organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP and managed services.
• Experience creating modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets.
