Product Management - Rimini Consult Director

Location: Remote – United States

Salary: $165,000–$246,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Own and govern the global Rimini Consult consulting offer portfolio across products, regions, and solution areas.
• Productize Professional Services capabilities into repeatable, outcome-based offers covering assessment, roadmap, implementation, and optimization.
• Define offer frameworks, packaging, tiers, scope boundaries, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria.
• Drive adoption and cross-sell of consulting services among large and enterprise B2B customers.
• Partner with Consulting Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and external delivery partners.
• Track offer performance through attach rate, conversion, deal cycle time, adoption, and delivery health metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization within enterprise technology or Professional Services organizations.
• Strong Professional Services or consulting experience combined with Product Management or services portfolio management experience.
• Experience creating scalable, commercially viable consulting or Professional Services offerings across multiple products or solution areas.
• Experience in global B2B organizations serving large and enterprise customers, including adoption or cross-sell initiatives.
• Broad exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems, including on-premise ERP, infrastructure, and SaaS environments.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct people-management responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Professional Services or consulting experience before transitioning into Product Management or services portfolio management.
• Experience with partner discovery, evaluation, or management.
• Experience creating modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets.
