PC&L Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Coordinate procurement, production planning, capacity analysis, and shipping to deliver finished products according to customer requirements and agreed deadlines.
• Represent customer requirements internally through capacity analysis, logistics information, supplier scorecards, and customer portals.
• Manage production control tools, scheduling, procurement, and logistics in accordance with EOS requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, required quantities, and plant logistics indicators, including Quality, Volume, and Cost metrics.
• Develop production volume adjustment, contingency, and risk-analysis plans with plant staff and senior management.
• Lead the PC&L team, including skills development, cross-training, and logistics continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, including management experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, inventory control, production planning, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
