Specialist Material Flow Planning

What you will do

• Define and implement standard material-flow processes and KPIs for raw-material, semi-finished-goods, and finished-goods warehouses.
• Calculate optimized Kanban quantities and define suitable Kanban boxes based on demand, supplier packaging, replenishment times, delivery routes, material characteristics, and storage requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage-rack space, storage locations, ergonomics, and supplier-specific storage conditions.
• Calculate the resources, equipment, Capex, headcount, and space required for lean material flow operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIN-MAX calculations for cut wires and preassembly products in CAO eKanban.
• Support bundle-size definitions and technical changes by planning the run-in and run-out of circuits and sub-assemblies.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• One year of relevant experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills are required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of production management, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
• Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork, motivation, and resilience.
