Expert Customer Demand Planning

What you will do

• Analyze customer demand and create workable production plans aligned with the master production schedule.
• Monitor production output and finished-goods availability to support customer demand and inventory strategy.
• Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries at an optimum cost level and escalate risks to customer deadlines.
• Coordinate dispatch activities, outbound truck planning, procurement, and material availability.
• Maintain finished-goods inventory parameters and accuracy in the ERP system.
• Track obsolete and excess stock, support stock takes and technical changes, and prepare customer claims analyses.

Requirements

• Engineer degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or scientific field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain.
• French and English language skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skills in customer-specific requirements, solution delivery methodology, process capability, problem-solving techniques, performance measurement, and diagnostics.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-organization, change management, conflict management, and result orientation skills.
