TL Warehouse Management

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the Warehouse Management organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure warehouse activities are completed across raw material, semi-finished, and finished goods operations, including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping.
• Lead direct reports by setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, monitoring results, and supporting professional development.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate warehouse stocks and proper management of technical warehouse equipment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply measures supporting performance, flexibility, succession planning, coaching, and change management.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• French and English language skills required.
• Experience with inventory management, inventory positioning, materials handling, packaging, materials replenishment, shipping documents, and vendor-managed inventory.
• Knowledge of Kanban or pull scheduling, warehouse management systems, labeling, and performance indicators.
• Problem-solving, continuous improvement, escalation, waste control, presentation, and standards and procedures skills.
