What you will do
- Implement VCM standards within the country organization and support the definition of global standards.
- Train local colleagues and provide technical support for VCM processes and tools.
- Support logistics assessments and monitor adherence to standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report country inventories while coordinating inventory budgeting and forecasting.
- Share inventory reduction practices and lead inventory workshops.
- Identify KPI deviations, organize root cause analysis meetings, and coordinate the material committee on accurate, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in industrial, logistics, or technical engineering, or a master’s degree in logistics.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- French and English required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with inventory management, inventory analysis, inventory valuation, MPS, MRP, materials management, S&OP, supply planning, and warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, teamwork, self-organization, and conflict management skills.
