Specialist Customer Demand Planning (Automotive)

What you will do

• Plan services, goals, capacity, budgets, and related activities within the area of responsibility.
• Optimize and standardize warehouse and material-flow processes, including internal instructions and new process implementation.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance deviations, develop action plans, and escalate operational issues.
• Coordinate raw material prioritization, inbound and outbound truck planning, stock-taking, and warehouse activities.
• Support warehouse layout and space planning for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Ensure stock accuracy, material-handling equipment availability, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Engineer or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Approximately one year of experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Professional knowledge of Production Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Communication, teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, change management, self-organization, conflict management, motivation, and resilience.
