What you will do
- Manage and supervise the Procurement Management organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Lead direct reports by setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, monitoring results, and supporting professional development.
- Ensure adherence to procurement standards, governance, and processes while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Manage country-level supplier integration, including localization, consignment and logistics agreements, and delivery performance evaluation.
- Ensure accurate raw-material supply and optimum inventory levels by reducing excess and obsolete stock.
- Plan team activities and support organizational flexibility, succession planning, coaching, change management, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent at BAC+5 level, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain, management, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Professional knowledge of inventory management, inventory positioning, materials replenishment, warehouse management systems, materials handling, packaging, and shipping documents.
- Knowledge of Kanban, pull scheduling, labeling, and vendor-managed inventory.
- French and English language skills required.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, conflict management, teamwork, self-organization, motivation, and resilience.

- Two years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
