What you will do
- Assist welders and fabricators with job setup.
- Perform basic finishing work and grinding.
- Operate brake and shear machines.
- Perform saw cuts.
- Collaborate with teammates while following workplace safety expectations.
Requirements
- Completed welding school, 0–2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with teammates.
Nice to have
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience operating a brake or shear machine.
