Manager, WW Professional Education Robotics

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite. The role requires up to 50% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver global professional education content and curricula for Robotics and Digital Solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Education, Marketing, R&D, commercial leaders, and external partners to create training assets for the safe and effective use of surgical robotic systems.
• Deliver technical, hands-on education to surgical teams on the setup, use, and teardown of the OTTAVA Surgical System.
• Identify and manage global faculty, lead curriculum development working groups, and support key worldwide Professional Education initiatives.
• Integrate innovative training technologies with existing learning management and event management systems.
• Develop education metrics, use customer insights and Voice of Customer feedback, and manage budgets and functional processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six to eight years of progressive healthcare commercial experience, such as Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, Marketing, or Sales Management, or other applicable experience.
• Previous medical device education experience with external or internal stakeholder training.
• Project management experience and strong technological and business aptitude.
• Strong communication, influence management, analytical, conflict management, complex project management, and people development skills.
• Ability to develop and manage internal and external professional networks.

Nice to have

• Ability to translate business strategy into Professional, Commercial, and Marketing Education solutions.
• Experience with brand marketing, channel partner enablement, coaching, digital strategy, sales enablement, or strategic sales planning.
