Associate Education Program Manager (MedTech)

Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States; frequent domestic and international travel of up to 30%, including Friday and Saturday events

What you will do

• Plan, design, manage, and support medical education programs across spine, orthopedics, trauma, imaging, navigation, and robotics divisions.
• Develop tools and resources that support best practices in medical education.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and serve as the primary contact for program faculty.
• Coordinate educational activities with internal teams, external consultants, and varied departments.
• Measure program and event effectiveness, prepare survey reports, identify improvements, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Coordinate program budgets, cost control, consultant documentation, and review of promotional and presentation materials with Regulatory Affairs and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience working directly with medical professionals in marketing, program or event management, or corporate development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, strategic planning, presentation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
• Must participate in clinical and surgical settings, including cadaveric training labs.
• Frequent travel of up to 30% to domestic and international locations is required; a valid passport is required.
• Ability to comply with company policies, the AdvaMed and MedTech Codes, and applicable United States and international laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in implantable medical devices or capital equipment.
• Experience developing innovative concepts and implementing new program ideas.
