Production Teammate (Tile Manufacturing)

Location: Aromas, California, United States; on-site production work.

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour for day shift, plus a 6% swing-shift differential.

What you will do

• Prepare and mix raw materials used to form ceramic tile and glazes.
• Pull inventory and materials for the Glaze, Mosaics, Hand Painting, and other departments.
• Sort, lift, catch, package, and inspect tile for quality control.
• Learn and support basic and complex assembly, machine operation, and tile glazing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and inclusive work area.
• Assist other departments and take on additional production tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems using logic and work independently under general supervision.
• Reliable attendance and a strong record of performance.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently and perform constant repetitive movements.
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and communicate by speaking and hearing.
