Team Lead II (Manufacturing)

Location: Temple, Texas, United States; night shift; onsite manufacturing role.

What you will do

• Lead shift and crew goals, priorities, meetings, and daily production activities.
• Support production flow, staffing schedules, material availability, and efficient operations.
• Resolve operational problems and advise management on complex issues.
• Monitor training, maintain qualified backup coverage, and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain safety, quality control, documentation, and company standards.
• Identify process problems and improve workforce and production efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or advanced learning is preferred.
• At least one year of prior leadership experience, or twelve months in the highest premium position within a manufacturing group with demonstrated leadership behaviors.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product types, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Computer proficiency for maintaining documents, spreadsheets, databases, and Oracle WIP transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and perform heavy work involving standing, pushing, pulling, and handling materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
