Account Representative (Advanced Composites)

What you will do

• Serve as the direct point of contact for customer and supplier relationships.
• Enter customer purchase orders and related flow-down notes into the ERP system, verifying pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and support timely service delivery.
• Assemble information for RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, quotes, and customer forecasts.
• Provide customer documentation, support credit-term setup, and initiate and track customer claims.
• Analyze customer needs, buying habits, and market trends and report relevant findings to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with Internet tools and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.
