Assistant Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite office presence approximately 1 to 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Support the management of client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist the Account Manager with developing and implementing account strategies.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to support timely project execution.
• Gather and analyze account data to provide insights for account planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
