Account Representative (Packaging)

Location: Hybrid in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, USA — three days in the office and two days at home. Up to 10% travel between CL&D facilities in Oconomowoc and Hartland may be required. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through production, shipment, and invoicing.
• Review specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, artwork, and quality requirements.
• Communicate order status, production timelines, delivery schedules, changes, and issue resolution to customers.
• Coordinate with Prepress, Production, Scheduling, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Maintain order records and business-system data, resolve routine concerns, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or other business systems.
• Basic mathematical skills for dimensions, quantities, and pricing calculations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; hirify.global uses E-Verify for employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Business, Communications, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, customer-order coordination, or production workflows.
