Shopfloor Specialist (Automotive Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory, and production line feeding activities for raw materials.
• Coordinate annual and weekly physical inventories and maintain alignment between physical stock and SAP records.
• Lead warehouse capacity assessments, storage optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate finished-goods organization, storage methods, shipments, and shipping schedules.
• Determine equipment requirements and ensure operational prerequisites are in place.
• Coordinate with Quality, Finance, Production, and Logistics on factory returns and finished-goods non-conformities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse management within the automotive sector.
• Team management capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain QVC targets, cycle-counting procedures, and corrective action plans.
