What you will do

Ensure the functionality of spare and wear parts management processes.
Receive and release non-production materials from the spare parts warehouse.
Ensure the timely and accurate release of spare parts.
Record delivery notes and invoices and prepare process-specific documentation.
Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stock takes.
Monitor supplier deliveries, spare parts consumption, stock levels, and slow-moving inventory; support data collection and analysis.

Requirements

Minimum BTS-level education.
English and French required.
Strong communication, teamwork, self-organization, and conflict management skills.
Social and intercultural sensitivity.
Change management, target and result orientation, motivation, and resilience.
