Shift Leader Warehouse

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the warehouse organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate unloading, reception, labeling, storage, handling, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping activities.
• Ensure warehouse stock accuracy, process execution, governance adherence, and service completeness.
• Lead direct reports by defining objectives, tasks, responsibilities, instructions, and performance evaluations.
• Plan team activities and ensure operational coverage across all activity stages.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in supply chain management.
• French and English language skills required.
• Leadership, communication, conflict management, change management, self-organization, motivation, and resilience.
• Autonomy, customer relationship skills, priority management, and a target- and result-oriented approach.
