What you will do

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing facility performance across safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and people outcomes.
• Champion a zero-injury culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Translate divisional strategy into site priorities, execution plans, KPIs, and daily management systems.
• Develop site leadership, build engagement and accountability, and establish succession plans.
• Manage site productivity, cost control, capital planning, and return on investment.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardized problem solving, quality performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and improving site performance.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex, multi-shift manufacturing environments.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience managing P&L or full-site financial accountability.
