Director, Operations Management (M6)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 20% of the time

Salary: $156,000.00–$214,500.00 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards

What you will do

• Lead production operations at the Kalispell manufacturing site through managers and direct reports.
• Execute worldwide manufacturing operations plans and contribute to operational strategy.
• Establish production metrics, budgets, schedules, capacity plans, and corrective actions to achieve quarterly build-plan delivery.
• Optimize resources, productivity, costs, and per-tool burden while maintaining customer delivery commitments.
• Drive manufacturing safety, quality, Lean, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify and implement automation and artificial intelligence technologies to improve production efficiency, capacity, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain operations.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations or related fields.
• Broad understanding of manufacturing systems, technologies, theories, and practices.
• Industry and commercial awareness sufficient to drive financial and operational performance.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
• Commitment to hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with inventory management, Lean programs, responsiveness, or operational agility initiatives.
