Customer Account Specialist (Packaging)

Location: Full-time, on-site position at the New Castle, Pennsylvania plant

What you will do

• Manage daily information flow for a customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
• Process customer orders and support the supply chain from warehouse operations through fulfillment.
• Collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data in collaboration with account managers.
• Monitor customer accounts and support accounts payable and accounts receivable teams in keeping payments up to date.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work full-time on site in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
