Customer Care Account Representative - TEMP-to-PERM

What you will do

• Respond to product, order, freight, product application, and billing inquiries for assigned accounts.
• Process quotations and orders, including order entry, editing, maintenance, documentation, and filing.
• Coordinate customer service issues with Sales, distribution center managers, customers, and management.
• Help customers select suitable products and identify potential sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests, problems, and billing disputes using established procedures.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, professional, and courteous approach to challenging situations.
• Ability to multitask, remain reliable and self-motivated, and work toward goals.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work occasional overtime.
• Ability to work at the Commerce Park location in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience and understanding of Visual Basic.
• Project management skills.
