OTC Junior Analyst (Finance)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Resolve customer financial inquiries and manage due and overdue balances using collections workflow tools.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve quantity, price, warranty, customer, freight, and other account discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements, past-due reports, and forecasts.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures, identify process improvements, and contribute to project teams.
• Escalate and follow up on issues, monitor KPIs, collaborate with hirify.global departments, and participate in scheduled conference calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Proficient knowledge of SAP systems.
• Additional language proficiency.
