FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Kraków, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland. Workplace: On-site in the Kraków office; hybrid working and one month of work-from-anywhere are also offered.

What you will do

• Build commercial financial models and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and recommendations.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles with the Senior FP&A Manager.
• Analyze financial metrics and business performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Own cost tracking, reporting, and analysis across the P&L.
• Use AI tools to improve finance processes and analytical outputs, and deliver ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Numerical degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build and use complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business performance data.
• Ability to present findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach and intellectual curiosity.
• Professional-level written and verbal English, plus experience using AI tools to improve analytical processes or outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or BI tools.
• Exposure to FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, or P&L reporting.
