OTC Analyst (Finance)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 days of remote work per year and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Manage customer collections and due or overdue balances using collections workflow tools.
• Resolve customer financial inquiries and discrepancies related to quantity, pricing, warranty, customers, freight, and other account matters.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements, past-due reports, and forecasts.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Escalate and follow up on issues, collaborate with other departments, and support KPI and service-excellence targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
