Operations Manager I (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Greenfield, Indiana, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality.
• Lead project workstreams by designing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, allocating resources, and delivering initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and trends to provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Supervise associates and leaders, including performance management, coaching, training, hiring, and development.
• Track export shipment data, investigate warehouse improvement opportunities, maintain shipment records, and audit regulatory reports.
• Train export associates on shipment processes and documentation required by carriers and government agencies while maintaining compliance and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or a related field plus at least one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Relevant experience may include logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or a related area.
• Experience managing operational projects, analyzing data, developing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at the Greenfield, Indiana, United States location.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising associates.
• Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain.
