Lifestyle Show Producer

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States. On-site studio and field production are required, with occasional travel, station events, and possible weekend work.

What you will do

• Line produce and booth a daily, hour-long lifestyle show.
• Create rundowns, write and approve scripts, and develop show graphics.
• Concept segments, features, interviews, and on-location productions with the anchor or host.
• Schedule and book guests, edit video, and balance feature content into compelling programs.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, creative services, and digital teams on sponsored segments and show branding.
• Engage viewers through social media and support station events and other assigned activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in news or live show production.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, Photoshop, and Bit Central; ENPS experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing directions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; work may involve outdoor conditions and occasional weekends.
