Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Edit raw footage into short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
• Review multiple angles and takes to identify strong hooks and attention-grabbing moments.
• Add music, captions, graphics, sound effects, animation, and visual effects suited to each platform.
• Deliver high-quality edits on fast turnarounds.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the Creative Director on concepts and storytelling.
• Monitor editing trends, meme formats, and platform updates to improve the creative workflow.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience editing videos for social media and creating short-form content is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating pacing, storytelling, and viral-content judgment.
• Expertise with Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or comparable editing software.
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and audience hooks.
• Experience with motion graphics and 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday during core business hours.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Experience with animation, VFX, or design.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools for editing, ideation, or motion graphics.
