ERP Analyst (Epicor CMS)

Location: Southfield, Michigan, United States; domestic and international travel of approximately 30% may be required.

What you will do

• Analyze, administer, maintain, test, implement, and enhance ERP applications and related software.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality, workflows, business rules, and process improvements.
• Lead integrated testing by developing test plans, preparing test data, and coordinating with technical and functional teams.
• Maintain technical and business process documentation, including specifications, process flows, interfaces, and data relationships.
• Support EDI configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as end-user issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership, user training, stakeholder support, and mentoring for Level I and Level II analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing ERP applications in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with AP, AR, GL, and related financial and accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP processes including MRP, inventory management, manufacturing operations, logistics, demand forecasting, and procurement.
• Proficiency in data analysis, querying, reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets, process flows, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Experience with Epicor CMS ERP, formerly SolarSoft.
• Experience implementing ERP financial modules.
• Experience supporting global, multi-site organizations and international business operations.
