Manager - Epicor ERP (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–5 Epicor analysts and developers using a servant leadership approach.
• Own Epicor Kinetic administration, security, configuration, upgrades, support, and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, SQL solutions, and integrations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management to improve business processes and ERP capabilities.
• Lead full-lifecycle implementations, enhancements, testing, data migration, governance, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project costing and accounting, including labor, material, and overhead capture, revenue recognition, profitability analysis, WIP tracking, billing, forecasting, month-end close, and audit support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Epicor 10 or Kinetic, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience leading 2–5 ERP resources.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Project Costing, Project Accounting, ETO, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, accounting, or a related field preferred.
