Kinetic ERP Developer / Technical Analyst (Epicor Kinetic)

Location: Elmwood Park, New Jersey, USA. Full-time position with occasional travel to aerospace sites, primarily within the U.S.; limited international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support technical ERP solutions in Epicor Kinetic.
• Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, Application Studio customizations, functions, BPMs, workflows, interfaces, integrations, and data-load components.
• Translate approved business and functional requirements into technical objects in partnership with Core Team members, IT, and implementation partners.
• Troubleshoot development objects, integrations, reporting, and other solution components while supporting technical defect resolution.
• Own unit and component testing, and support integrated testing, data validation, UAT, conversion, migration, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Create technical documentation, standards, release notes, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials for future aerospace rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP technical analysis, application analysis, development, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience building or supporting ERP technical objects, including reports, dashboards, forms or UI customizations, workflows, automation, interfaces, or data-conversion components.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, with experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or major enhancements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with SQL or database query languages and experience with version control or source-control systems.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, optimization, testing methodologies, quality assurance, system integration, or API development.
• Experience supporting multiple ERP implementations or upgrades.
