Senior ERP Specialist (Business Central)

hirify.global designs, manufactures, and markets performance products and systems for bicycles, powered vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, and other specialty applications.

What you will do

• Act as the business teams’ point of contact and subject-matter expert for Business Central and NAV.
• Analyze requirements, risks, issues, processes, and user stories, and manage the Business Central improvement backlog.
• Troubleshoot business and IT support requests, including tickets submitted through Jira, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Test new functionality and system changes, author test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training, process-flow mapping, go-live support, and assistance with projects and planned releases.
• Evaluate plug-ins and technologies and recommend improvements to systems and processes.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• 4+ years of experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Experience with intercompany and consolidation environments, multicurrency, and development, test, and production systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently and collaboratively.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience; accounting or finance education or experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOX-compliant companies, Jira, Confluence, Agile project methodology, or professional services and management consulting.
• Experience with Beck/Aptean ISV products, Chargelogic, Intelitax, EDI, or Generix Solochain WMS.
