Oracle Software Engineer III

Location: Onsite in or near Pasadena, California, United States. Remote work is not available. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

What you will do

• Partner with ESA leads and business stakeholders to gather, refine, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present actionable Oracle EBS solution options.
• Map current-state and future-state processes and recommend Oracle EBS configuration updates.
• Develop and align functional designs with approved requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes.
• Support functional testing, user training, issue resolution, incident closure, documentation, and bi-weekly status reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.x EBS experience.
• Experience delivering at least two full-cycle Common Inventory implementations within Oracle EBS R12.13.x ODM/MRP deployments.
• Deep knowledge of inventory data structures and controls, including item master integrity, subinventories, locators, UOM conversions, lot and serial control, and on-hand balance accuracy.
• Experience with project-based and multi-org inventory models and their effects on costing, planning, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end ODM lifecycle and integrations across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Project Accounting, BOM, WIP, MRP, MPS, and Costing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and MS Office skills.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL query experience.
• Experience with Manufacturing Project Accounting and Project Accounting modules.
• Knowledge of Purchasing ASL processes and configuration.
