Purchasing Specialist (ENFIDHA)

What you will do

• Manage new component procurement to achieve the best balance of quality and price.
• Participate in the risk management committee in line with the FCA Risk Management Manual.
• Review component tracking data, request supplier quotations, and communicate plant requirements, part numbers, annual volumes, and start dates.
• Create new supplier records and purchasing information in SAP.
• Negotiate supplier delivery times according to plant requirements.
• Maintain NEWCOMP data, create frame-contract SAs, follow up on DSPA and FC closures, and create open SAP contracts for EDI delivery requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
