What you will do

• Implement VCM standards across the country organization and support the definition of global standards.
• Train local teams and provide technical support for VCM processes and tools.
• Assess logistics processes, monitor standards adherence, and support the logistics learning platform.
• Monitor, analyze, and report country inventories while coordinating inventory budgets and forecasts.
• Lead inventory reduction workshops and share best practices.
• Identify KPI deviations, organize root cause analysis meetings, and coordinate the material committee on accurate, excess, and obsolete inventory.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial, logistics, or technical engineering, or a master's degree in logistics.
• English at C1 level required.
• French at C1 level required.
• Communication, teamwork, and social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Change management, conflict management, target orientation, motivation, resilience, and self-organization.
