Location: Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, Florida, United States
Salary: $30.50–$37.00 per hour based on years of experience, plus a $2.00 shift differential for work between 9:00 PM and 7:30 AM.

What you will do
- Perform aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, alterations, troubleshooting, run-up and taxi procedures, and mechanical flight releases.
- Complete maintenance forms, inspection records, discrepancy updates, corrective-action documentation, and OJT task cards.
- Handle aircraft parts, assemblies, tooling, and equipment safely and maintain an orderly work area.
- Report conditions that could compromise aircraft airworthiness to maintenance leadership.
- Follow the Breeze General Maintenance Manual, FAA regulations, company procedures, and established safety and performance standards.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with no history of infractions and recent commercial aircraft experience.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States, hold a valid passport without travel restrictions, and be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
- Fluent English is required. Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications is also required.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Be willing to travel 20% of the time and pass DOT, TSA fingerprint-based, and company background checks.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR Part 121 operations.
- Experience with Embraer E-Jet or Airbus A220 aircraft.
- Experience with an airline Maintenance Information System such as TRAX.
- Degree in aerospace, aviation maintenance, or business.
