Sr Project Scheduler

Location: Valparaiso, Indiana, United States; onsite project scheduling role.

Salary: $96,600–$144,900 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, assess, and analyze integrated project schedules and project performance baselines throughout the project life cycle.
• Integrate scope, cost, schedule, resource, risk, quality, and project management systems to improve project predictability and performance.
• Lead schedule forecasting, variance analysis, quantitative risk management, sensitivity analysis, and predictive or corrective action planning.
• Coordinate contract schedule reviews, commercial performance assessments, change management forecasting, and recommendations to project leadership.
• Produce standard and advanced schedule reports and provide subject-matter expertise to project managers, directors, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Tailor schedule management processes, tools, techniques, and reporting to the needs of each project.

Requirements

• High school diploma with four years of scheduling experience, or six years of construction or engineering experience including two years as a project scheduler.
• High proficiency with P6 scheduling software, spreadsheets, schedule databases, and project management systems.
• Experience in large industrial capital project environments.
• Knowledge of integrated scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management, including relevant project management standards and tools.
• Ability to lead stakeholders, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, analyze schedules, and develop project plans and forecasts.
• Valid driver's license issued in and valid upon hire in the relevant state; legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Bachelor's degree and four years of project scheduling experience.
