Project Scheduler III

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; travel up to 50% across the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain summary-level and detailed CPM schedules for design, construction, procurement, commissioning, design-build, and EPCM projects.
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions and Last Planner System activities.
• Build work breakdown structures, milestones, KPIs, and progressively detailed project schedules.
• Review vendor and trade partner schedules and incorporate them into project master schedules.
• Update schedules, analyze performance and variances, and support mitigation planning.
• Report schedule health, progress, risks, and opportunities while mentoring less experienced schedulers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years in scheduling.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with $100M+ multi-phase capital projects covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; OSHA 10-hour certification is required.
