Senior Scheduler

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 USD per year, depending on experience, education, and skill set.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key project partners.
• Align schedules with the project execution plan, contracting, procurement, and project controls strategies.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in energy, utilities, semiconductors, data centers, or related mission-critical projects and programs.
• Demonstrated experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA), including interpreting and communicating findings to key partners.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
