Project Scheduler

Location: Chicago, Illinois; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Omaha, Nebraska; or Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Four days per week are worked in the office, with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering tasks, dependencies, durations, resources, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, construction partners, and other stakeholders to align schedules with project scope and delivery models.
• Track progress, update schedules, communicate changes, and prepare reports for project teams and leadership.
• Perform critical path analyses and identify scheduling risks, delays, conflicts, and mitigation strategies.
• Support resource allocation, revenue projections, Planifi workplans, INDEPRO tracking, and quality control reviews.
• Prepare proposed schedules and contribute to RFQ, RFP, and interview processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of scheduling experience.
• High proficiency with scheduling tools, preferably Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of project management principles, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in one of the listed United States locations; employment-based visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• 10 or more years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• Professional licensure or certification.
