Senior Scheduler

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada, with listed locations including New York, Boston, Lansdale, Raleigh, Dallas, Tempe, San Francisco, Bellevue, and Vancouver

Salary: $108,000–$145,067 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key project partners.
• Ensure schedules align with the project execution plan, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in project scheduling.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and the ability to interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Working experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
