Sales Consultant Trainee (Automotive)

Salary: $16.01–$20.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility

What you will do

• Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs using hirify.global inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and the full purchase process.
• Build customer relationships through active listening, clear communication, honesty, and transparency.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation and use technology to process sales.
• Collaborate with store associates to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
