Location: 29 W Towne Mall, Madison, WI 53719, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $23.56–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Own the omni-channel customer experience, customer service standards, and commercial presentation of the store.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop team members, including succession planning.
• Maintain retail operations, including stock flow, fitting rooms, checkout routines, opening and closing, and health and safety standards.
• Execute visual merchandising, fashion presentation, pricing, sustainability initiatives, and in-store technology services.
