Sales Consultant - Full Time (Automotive)

Location: Murfreesboro, Tennessee, United States; onsite at 3506 Manson Pike

Salary: $7.75–$20.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Help customers find vehicles that match their needs using the available inventory.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and completed transactions.
• Listen actively and provide clear, honest information throughout the buying process.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements while staying informed about products, services, and promotions.

• Strong listening and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using technology to process transactions and access inventory information.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Commitment to integrity and transparency in customer interactions.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and mentorship; prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
