Senior Sales Associate - Full Time (Retail)

Salary: $15.00–$19.50 per hour

What you will do

• Drive personal sales and productivity while modeling high-quality selling behaviors.
• Deliver elevated customer service, coach peers on client engagement, and share product knowledge.
• Partner with store leadership on business-driving events and a strong selling culture.
• Lead omni-channel, virtual, and social selling initiatives, including short-form videos and live-stream shopping content.
• Capture customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register funds, deposits, and facility security.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury or comparable elevated retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales, mentor peers, and contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Extensive product knowledge, strong communication skills, and social media fluency.
• Experience with omni-channel or virtual selling and willingness to appear on camera.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and other high-traffic retail days; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
