End User Computing (EUC) Engineer (Microsoft Intune)

What you will do

• Administer and optimize enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Administration Center, and device provisioning processes.
• Package, deploy, patch, and maintain end-user applications and operating systems across the enterprise.
• Manage endpoint security baselines, hardening, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, and compliance controls.
• Support mobile application deployment for iOS and Android, enterprise printing, and BYOD programs.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and digital employee experience while serving as the dedicated EUC resource for a client account.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management.
• Hands-on enterprise experience with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows desktop environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, system hardening, application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Experience with mobile device management, mobile application deployment, BYOD environments, and modern workplace technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint analytics platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint management or modern workplace technologies.
• Experience in managed services or dedicated client support environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
