Endpoint Management Engineer (Tanium, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune)

Location: Remote from Poland, within at least one hour of the Wrocław office; candidates must be current residents of Poland and authorized to work in Poland for any employer.

Salary: 10,000–12,000 PLN per month, or 144,000 PLN annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Tanium, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune across enterprise Windows and macOS environments.
• Manage device lifecycles from provisioning through retirement while maintaining accurate inventory and endpoint visibility.
• Lead operating system and third-party application patching, compliance monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications, including self-service software catalogs.
• Build automated deployment and remediation solutions using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and platform APIs.
• Maintain platform health, upgrades, integrations, access controls, technical documentation, runbooks, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of endpoint management or endpoint engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tanium, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with patch management, software deployment, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience developing automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or platform APIs.
• Current residence in Poland and authorization to work in Poland for any employer are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments and Tanium Patch, Deploy, Asset, or Comply.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Jamf Protect, or Jamf Connect.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards with Power BI, Excel, or native endpoint management tools.
• ITIL or endpoint management certifications, including Tanium Certified Administrator, Jamf 200/300, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation.
