Senior System Administrator - End User Compute (EUC)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States. Hybrid work is available, with up to three days per week from home.

Base salary: $96,500–$164,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Administer, engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms across Windows, macOS, virtual desktop, and cloud environments.
• Implement endpoint configuration baselines, policies, operating system deployments, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support platform stability, performance, availability, and incident response.
• Implement endpoint security and compliance controls, including Microsoft Defender Antivirus, WDAC, device compliance policies, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support modern workplace solutions including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows 365, virtual desktop platforms, and Digital Employee Experience solutions.
• Develop PowerShell automation, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Service Desk, and other technology teams on endpoint projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows endpoint platforms and managing operating system deployment, patching, and lifecycle activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, WDAC, and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance programs, with strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical assignments with limited oversight and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global environments with more than 5,000 endpoints.
• Experience with Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Microsoft Autopilot, and modern device management.
• Experience with Nexthink, Tanium, CrowdStrike, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Microsoft, security, or endpoint management certifications.
