What you will do

• Support device configuration and manage Windows 10/11 environments using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and configurations.
• Assist in implementing configuration changes and perform validation testing.
• Diagnose incidents, implement changes, write Change Requests, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Create and maintain application packages published via Intune.
• Contribute to defining standards for processes and technologies within Modern Workplace environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in endpoint management, focusing on Windows 10/11 device management using Microsoft Intune and/or Configuration Manager (1st & 2nd line support).
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server (2019+), including AD DS and Azure AD (Entra ID) environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 support, including Windows Update for Business patching and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience with implementation and support of mobile device management (iOS and optionally Android/macOS) through Microsoft Intune.
• Excellent English skills (written and oral).

Nice to have

• Any relevant certification (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102) or related experience.
• Knowledge of Citrix, Cloud Monitoring Toolsets, Android mobile management with Microsoft Intune, or MacOS Support.
