What you will do
- Support device configuration and manage Windows 10/11 environments through Microsoft Intune.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, configurations, and endpoint management activities.
- Create and maintain application packages published through Intune.
- Implement configuration changes, write Change Requests, obtain approvals, and perform validation testing.
- Diagnose incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Help define standards for processes and technologies in Modern Workplace environments while collaborating with operations teams and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on endpoint management experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, and/or Configuration Manager, including first- and second-line support.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server 2019+, AD DS, and Azure AD/Entra ID environments.
- Knowledge of Windows support, Windows Update for Business patching, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience supporting mobile device management through Intune, particularly iOS and optionally Android or macOS, plus familiarity with MFA and cloud identity/security policies.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, or related certification.
- Knowledge of Citrix, cloud monitoring toolsets, Android mobile management, or macOS support and patching.
